BBQ Pulled Pork

This pie is an 18 hour labor of love. We slow roast pork butt with freshly shopped peppers & onions, and top the whole thing with a generous amount of our homemade BBQ sauce. Once it is ready to come out of the oven, it is "fall off the bone" perfection, at which point the pork is shredded and thrown into a flaky pie crust.
